The Professional Assistant Awards Luncheon was conceived and established by Gia Magliano, President and CEO of Baltimore’s Best Events. Gia realized that, while she, as an employer, received numerous awards and commendations, none of this would be possible without the hard work, dedication and support of valued employees on a daily basis whose efforts rarely get acknowledged, much less rewarded. The Professional Assistant Awards Luncheon provides an opportunity for employers to acknowledge and reward the efforts of their professional assistants in a personal and memorable way. During the Awards Ceremony, each professional assistant is presented with a framed certificate of recognition that is signed by his or her employer. It also includes a personalized quote which reflects why the Professional Assistant is so valuable to the organization.
