Baltimore’s Best Party Entertainers is a full-service party and event planning company. We offer hundreds of rental items such as tables, chairs, tents, props, backdrops and other equipment for any type of party or event. We have numerous giant moonbounces, other inflatables, and a large variety of carnival equipment and interactive games.
We are CURRENTLY HIRING ENTRY-LEVEL positions as described below. Experience a plus but not necessary. Must be able to learn quickly, be reliable, dependable and presentable.
Telephone Receptionist / General Clerical
Hours: Mon – Fri: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Full-time, entry level position for busy phones and office work. Good verbal and writing skills needed for taking messages, directing calls and answering customer service questions. Other attributes include good English skills, detail oriented qualities, and good organizational skills. Must be able to work in fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills a plus.
Weekend General Office / Customer Service
Hours: Friday: 12:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Sat/Sun: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Part-time general customer service and office duties to include: set-up and break down of party rooms, pull and re-stock inventory for customer orders, light janitorial and light telephones. Must be trustworthy and able to work well with minimal supervision.
Warehouse Assistant / Delivery
20 – 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
General warehouse and maintenance duties to include pulling and restocking of inventory items for customer orders. Light cleaning and basic maintenance of all inventory items. Light maintenance, organization and cleaning of warehouse storage areas. Customer deliveries. Must have valid drivers license and clean driving record. Must be willing to be on-call when needed. Own truck or vehicle a plus but not required.
